Things you can do to help your claim:

  • Notify us as soon as possible.
  • Immediately take all necessary steps to secure the property and prevent further damage.
  • Take photos of the damage to your property and keep the items so the insurer can assess the damage.
  • Collect personal details of all other parties involved.
  • Do not admit Liability.
  • Report incidents like burglaries, theft, injuries and malicious damage to your local Police.
